ShotLog: Espresso Journal

Last updated: September 16, 2026

ShotLog is a private espresso shot logger for iPhone. This policy describes how the app handles information.

What we collect

We do not collect, sell, or share personal data. There are no accounts, ads, analytics SDKs, or tracking.

What stays on your iPhone

Coffee bags, shot logs, taste tags, and which bag is on Station are stored only on your device using Apple’s on-device storage (SwiftData and UserDefaults). Uninstalling ShotLog deletes that data unless you exported it yourself.

Purchases

Shot Telemetry is a one-time In-App Purchase processed by Apple. We never see your Apple ID, payment card, or full receipt. Restore Purchase uses Apple’s StoreKit on your device.

Export

CSV export is optional and only happens if you use the iOS share sheet. We do not receive that file.

Children

ShotLog is not directed at children under 13. We do not collect data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page with a new date.
